From our down home country sides, to our fall off the bone hickory smoked barbeque, we pride ourselves in mastering the amazing taste of southern style prepared meals. With two decades of barbeque experience, our father and son team aim to please. We can feed from 10 people to 10,000 people.

Catering Options Overview

Food Truck: We can bring out our food truck for $950, plus the cost of servers and food. Smokin' Pit: We can attach our "Smokin' Pit" to our catering van for $450, plus servers and food. (This option looks and smells amazing!) Full-Service Catering: We set up tables with our logo'd tablecloths and chafing dishes with guests coming through a buffet line. This setup is available with the pit option as well.

Delivery & Setup with Disposable Chafing Dishes: $15 per dish. Standard Delivery & Setup: $35 (or $50 if the location is over 10 miles or on The Strip). We’ll set up the food wherever you like! Pickup: Free.

For All On-Site Catering, We Include:

· Garnish table with pickles, cherry peppers, and all our BBQ sauces (6 flavors) · Black tablecloths (with or without our logo) and a branded tent if the event is outdoors · We will also provide black foam/plastic plates and silverware kits, wrapped in plastic. · Backup food will be stored in Cambros to keep everything hot and ready to serve.

For All Deliveries:
